Glacier - a new design perfect for January

My Schoppel-Wolle Zauberball Crazy addiction continues. My new design, Glacier, is knitted in two balls of Zauberball Crazy in a beautiful colourway I've wanted to knit with for over a year. I just love the delicate shades of white, lilac and pink. If these aren't your colours, then Zauberball Crazy comes in a variety of other gorgeous colours and Glacier has been designed especially to work with this self-striping yarn.
The Glacier shawl is worked sideways with short row wedges to create a crescent shaped shawl. The shawl sits lovely on your shoulders and it's very easy to knit it longer or shorter, just work fewer or more short row wedges.

Glacier is worked in garter stitch but with a lot of fun thrown in. We have miracle beads, elongated crossed stitches and double yarn overs. Plus, I love the 'honeybee' edging. I've got two vide demos on my tutorials page showing how to work the elongated cross stitch and adding beads using a crochet hook.
.
I've seen complaints lately about models' hair covering the design but I just love Emily's hair. I'm so jealous of her long, blond locks (and I think she may be having it cut shorter soon).
