Sample Sale Round Up

I'm currently running a Sample Sale where I'm selling off lots of knitted samples of various magazine designs and self-published designs. Many of the shawls are knitted in my own YarnAddict hand-dyed yarn which is no longer available. Most of the garments are UK size 8/10 but there's lots of shawls too, which fit a variety of sizes. The samples have only been used for photography and some of the shawls have been displayed at shows. I'm washing and blocking all the shawls before I list them to make them look their best but I'm not washing and blocking the garments. Some of the garments look a bit creased. That's because they've been stored folded up. 

I've listed the samples below on my Facebook and Instagram pages. But I thought it would be useful to collate them here. There will be more samples coming this week and they will initially be listed on my Facebook and Instagram pages and then next week I'll do another post here to collate what's not sold. • Shawls, garments and accessories are listed on Instagram (YarnAddictAnni) or Facebook (YarnAddict by Anniken Allis).
• Price includes UK/European Signed For Shipping. 
• International Shipping will be £5 extra.
• Sales are final and items cannot be returned.
• Sales will be on a first come, first served basis.
• Comment SOLD with your Paypal e-mail (all comments are seen by me before they're published and I will delete your comment after I've made a note of your e-mail address, so noone else will see your e-mail).
• Please pay within 24 hours of receiving the Paypal invoice. If not I'll offer it to the next on the list.
• Please check back regularly as the sale will continue for a few weeks.

For the samples that were published in magazines, I can't show the modelled photos here because of copyright reasons but if you click on each design, it'll take you to the Ravelry page where you can see modelled photos of each design.

Pia was designed for Let's Knit 56. Knitted in Louisa Harding Orielle which is an alpaca yarn with 3% polyester which I think is the sparkles. Size UK 8-10: Bust width: 44cm. Length to shoulder: 52cm. £40

Lila was designed for Let's Knit issue 58. Knitted in Milla Mia Naturally Soft Merino which is pure merino. Size UK 8-10: Bust width: 41cm. Length to shoulder: 54cm. Sleeve length to underarm: 12cm
The lace rib pattern is quite stretchy so will fit a larger size with negative ease. £40

Fern was designed for Let's Knit issue 78 and was knitted in Manos del Uruguay Silk Blend Fino (merino/silk 4ply). An elbow length sweater worked in the round with a circular yoke. No seams. The sweater has princess waist shaping. Size UK 8-10: Bust width: 40cm. Length to shoulder: 60cm. Sleeve length to underarm: 22cm. £50.

Marazion was originally published in The Knitter issue 65. A stole knitted in Fyberspates Gleem Lace (which is a wool/silk blend) with seed beads. £50.
Length: 134cm. Width: 40cm.

Gentle Whisper was designed for Let's Knit issue 88. £50.
Sweater worked in the round with a circular lace yoke with 3/4 length sleeves and princess waist shaping. Knitted in Sublime Baby Cashmere Merino Silk DK (blend of cashmere/merino/silk).
Size UK 8-10: Bust width: 41cm. Length to shoulder: 58cm. Sleeve length to underarm: 28cm.

SOLD - Midnight Stole knitted in a cream alpaca/silk/cashmere cobweb lace yarn hand-dyed by me. 

A delicate, fine lace stole. £60.
Length: 160cm. Width: 68cm 

 

Silver Dollar was designed for Let's Knit issue 91. Sweater with 3/4 length sleeves, stocking stitch with lace on the top of the back and front, princess waist shaping. Worked in the round in one piece, so no seams. Knitted in Rowan Sumerlite 4ply (100% cotton). Size UK 8-10: Bust width: 40cm. Length to shoulder: 58cm. Sleeve length to underarm: 32cm. £40.

Maisie was designed for The Knitter issue 70 and was knitted in Noro Shiro (40% Wool/30% Silk/30% Cashmere DK). An oversized 'swoncho', designed to fit size UK 8-12. Full width: 72cm. Length: 48cm. £40.

Leona was designed for The Knitter issue 71 and is knitted in Cashmered pure cashmere lace yarn in a bright orange. A hybrid triangular shawl with a slightly curved back. £40
Wingspan: 133cm. Depth: 43cm.
